Corey is responsible for supporting I-Light members by advocating on the
member’s behalf, resolving member concerns, improving the member experience,
and coordinating internal efforts to identify trends and improve the
process. Corey earned his Bachelor of Arts and Master’s of Business
Administration from Indiana University, awarded at IUPUI.

Corey started working at Indiana University’s GlobalNOC in 2011 starting as
an hourly general support technician. Since 2011, Corey has taken on
several roles including specialized support technician, service desk
supervisor, NOC operations manager, and taking on the role as the Manager of
Business Operations in 2018. He enjoys working closely with members to
continually help improve the experience for their end users and creating
long-term solutions.
